Nouvel Palm FZ-LLC ("Nouvel Palm", "we", "us") runs nouvelpalm.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: contact@nouvelpalm.com.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered.
• Account details, if you create an account: your name, email and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Messages you send us by email or through our forms.
• Technical data: your device, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools, as described below.

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Why we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order.
• To send order confirmations and delivery updates.
• To send news and offers, only if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting duties.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website, only with your consent to marketing cookies.

Cookies

We use Cookiebot to ask for your consent. Necessary cookies keep the store working. Marketing cookies, including the Meta Pixel, are only loaded if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings on the site.

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), Medusa (store platform and hosting), Resend (emails), delivery couriers and shipping partners (to deliver your order), Meta (advertising measurement, only with your consent) and Cookiebot (cookie consent). They may only use your data to provide their service to us. Some of them are located outside the UAE, so your data may be processed abroad. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for your order, our legal and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under UAE data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email contact@nouvelpalm.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Children

Our store is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
