Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of nouvelpalm.com and to orders placed with Nouvel Palm FZ-LLC ("Nouvel Palm", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email and prepare it for dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud, and if we do, we will refund anything you paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Any applicable taxes and delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card may be authorised when you place the order and charged once we confirm it.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery options, fees and timings are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains when refunds and replacements are offered. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Using our products

Please check the ingredients list on the product page before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin. Stop using a product if it irritates your skin. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to treat or prevent any medical condition.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Please give accurate information.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Nouvel Palm name, logo, photography, text and designs, belongs to Nouvel Palm and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
